Scouts is a co-curricular activity (CCA) that nurtures students through outdoor adventures and experiential learning. Open to students with a sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn, the CCA provides an engaging and supportive environment where members develop life skills, teamwork, and resilience through hands-on experiences.
Through outdoor activities and teambuilding games, students practise the school’s core values. They demonstrate resilience as they take on physical and mental challenges, put in effort to acquire practical skills, and show care by working collaboratively and supporting one another during activities and camps.
Scouts participate in a wide range of adventures such as hikes, outdoor cooking, camps, games, shelter-building, knotting, and craftwork. Through community service and environmental involvement, students learn the importance of responsibility, care for others, and stewardship of the environment.
The Scouts CCA also provides leadership development and opportunities to earn badges, allowing students to grow in confidence, take on responsibilities, and showcase their skills throughout the year.
