Student Learning Space (SLS) FAQs

Q1 : I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Please refer to paragraphs 6-9 in Annex A of the Student Annexes.

Q2 : I have forgotten my username. What should I do?
The format of your username is a combination of the first 5 characters of your name (as per your birth certificate), the last 4 digits and the letter of your NRIC/FIN/BC.

Q3 : My account has been locked. What should I do?
Your account will be locked after 6 consecutive attempts to log in with an incorrect password. You can:

  1. Complete the form at go.gov.sg/concordslshelpdesk.

  2. Email the school’s SLS Administrator (suhaimi_mahuan@moe.edu.sg).

  3. Email the SLS Helpdesk (helpdesk@sls.ufinity.com) after school hours.

Q4 : I used the “Password Reset Link Method” but I cannot find my password reset email. What can I do?
If you cannot see the email in your inbox, it may be in the spam or junk email folder.
Note: The URL in the email will expire within 10 minutes. If the URL has expired, go to the login page and select "Forgot Password" to try again.

Q5 : Can SLS run on mobile phones?
You can access SLS from internet browsers installed on your mobile phones or equivalent devices. However, the system is currently not optimised for use on these devices.

General School & Administrative FAQs

Q1. How do I report my child’s absence?
Parents should notify the school via the Parents Gateway (PG) app under the "Services" tab. You should also contact the General Office at 6763 2139 if the student is supposed to be in school.

Q2. What if I have questions about the Group Personal Accident Insurance for Students?
Detailed claims processes and FAQs are available on the NTUC Income StudentGPA website.

Q3. What are the arrangements for the School Dental Clinic?
Note: The clinic is currently closed for renovations until June 30, 2026. For emergencies, parents may contact buddy clinics at Chua Chu Kang, South View, Teck Whye, or Unity Primary Schools.

Q4. Where can I find information on school uniforms?
Uniforms can be purchased via consignment at the school bookshop or at Bibi&Baba retail outlets.
