Basketball (Boys)

Basketball is a co-curricular activity (CCA) that is open to students with a passion for the game. The CCA provides a dynamic and supportive environment where members develop fundamental basketball skills, physical fitness, and game awareness while learning the importance of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Through regular training sessions and competitive play, students practise the school’s core values. They demonstrate resilience as they work to overcome challenges and improve their performance, put in consistent effort to refine their skills and tactics, and show care by encouraging teammates and supporting one another both on and off the court.

Under the guidance of experienced coaches, members are trained in essential basketball techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive play. Students gain valuable team experience through training matches, school events, inter-school competitions, and community outreach programmes.

The Basketball CCA provides students with opportunities throughout the year to showcase their athletic abilities, teamwork, and growth as disciplined and confident players.
